Vesta is seeking a polished, full-time Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate qualified meetings for our luxury home staging and interior design sales team in the United States.

This outbound, high-activity role targets luxury real estate professionals, with multi-channel outreach and CRM logging for Account Executives. Expect a competitive base and strong incentives to achieve top performance.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in BDR/SDR or outbound sales.
• Experience selling to luxury real estate professionals is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Based in the United States or able to work US business hours.
• Strong resilience and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting: 40-60+ calls per day to generate qualified meetings.
• Qualification & Meeting Setting: qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
• CRM & Reporting: log activities and track metrics in CRM tools.
• Market & Brand Representation: represent the brand professionally to prospects.
