Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago is seeking a Private Events Coordinator to detail private dining events across Terrace 16, Rebar Chicago, and in-room dining. You will work closely with the Director of Private Events and hotel F&B teams to deliver seamless experiences for high-end clients.

The role emphasizes proposing events, managing BEOs and deposits, site visits, and ensuring flawless execution while maintaining brand standards and client satisfaction.

• Experience coordinating private dining events and driving sales in hospitality.
• Familiarity with private events processes and BEOs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients and teams.

Mansioni

• Coordinate private dining events across Terrace 16, Rebar Chicago, and in-room dining.
• Manage event proposals, BEOs, deposits, and client follow-ups.
• Prepare weekly BEOs and floor plans for restaurant outlets.
• liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Catering teams to ensure client requirements are met.
