Job summary

Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago is seeking a Private Events Coordinator to manage detail-heavy private dining events across Terrace 16, Rebar Chicago, and in-room dining. You will work closely with the Director of Private Events and hotel Food & Beverage teams to ensure flawless execution, exceptional guest service, and adherence to brand standards.

A four-year degree is preferred and prior luxury hospitality experience is highly desirable; flexibility to work evenings and weekends is

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Minimum one year in private dining sales coordination or related hospitality.
• Experience in luxury hotel or fine dining is desirable.
• Proficient with event management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and detail all private dining events across multiple venues.
• Manage event proposals, BEOs, and client follow-ups.
• Communicate with clients, residents, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Work with hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution.
• Prepare weekly BEOs and floor plans for restaurant outlets.
• Assist in site visits, meetings, and off-site catering as needed.
