RiseMe seeks an elite Restaurant Manager to elevate the dining experience at our luxury private community clubhouse and spa. You will oversee daily front-of-house operations and lead a devoted service team to deliver flawless, anticipatory service to residents and guests.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in fine dining, luxury resorts, or prestigious clubs, a passion for hospitality, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of F&B management in luxury properties.
• Proven leadership in fine dining/service excellence.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixology.
• Experience with Northstar and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations and guest relations with a focus on flawless service.
• Train and supervise staff in luxury service protocols and etiquette.
• Collaborate with culinary team for special events and galas.
• Maintain dining room and bar standards, safety, and aesthetics.
• Manage labor, inventory, and POS data to optimize costs.
