Responsibilities

• Standards & Compliance: Oversees flawless execution of quality, ambiance, and cleanliness across dining rooms and kitchens, with strict Health and Safety adherence.
• Performance Metrics: Drives the team to achieve high scores on seasonal secret shop reports and sanitation evaluations.
• Financial Management: Reviews P&L, manages inventory, processes invoices, and assists with month-end forecasting to protect profitability.
• Strategic Planning: Maintains documentation to project and achieve seasonal profit plans.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborates with General Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef to address daily operations and promotional events.
• Talent Leadership: Oversees Associates, fostering a hospitality-first mindset on the floor.
• Coaching & Counseling: Mentors direct reports, provides feedback and career development.
• Performance Management: Enforces company policies and implements discipline or improvement plans when needed.
• HR Liaison: Partners with PBPs on onboarding, training, payroll accuracy, and benefits administration.
