Job summary

Ram’s Gate Winery seeks an experienced hospitality professional to lead the estate’s guest experience for collectors, members, trade partners, and VIP guests. The Private Client/Trade Ambassador serves as a senior representative, delivering elevated hosting, guest experiences, and thoughtful brand stewardship.

Collaborating with hospitality, culinary, sales, and leadership teams, you will build long-term client relationships, support membership growth, and ensure a personalized, seamless visit

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality or comparable settings with high-net-worth guests.
• Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver personalized experiences.
• Experience hosting high-touch guest experiences and using CRM for follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Elevated guest experiences including private tastings and member events.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with collectors, members, and VIP guests.
• Host trade partners, media, and industry guests at estate events and offsite experiences.
• Partner with sales and leadership to grow memberships and client engagement.
• Coordinate onsite visits with timing, service flow, and hospitality standards.
