Ram’s Gate Winery in Sonoma is seeking an Associate Manager, Hospitality and Events to lead on-site events, coordinate planning and execution, and uphold the estate’s high hospitality standards across daily tastings and full events calendars.

You will build staffing plans, direct Event Captains and staff, partner with culinary and hospitality leadership, and manage external event contractors for private and internally produced events, ensuring flawless guest experiences.

Competenze

• 1–3 years in event operations or hospitality leadership.
• Experience supervising staff; hiring and performance input preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• California Food Handler, RBS, and Alcohol Server Training certs required within 30 days.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate, and execute winery events with internal and external partners.
• Develop staffing plans and oversee Event Captains and staff during events.
• Lead on-site operations for winery-produced and private client events.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Hospitality, and leadership to ensure flawless service.
