The ideal candidate excels in luxury sales and relationship-based selling, with strong English communication and comfort working remotely in EST hours on a rotating on-call basis.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, luxury services, high-ticket client-facing roles, and relationship-based selling.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound charter inquiries from prospective and returning clients.
• Convert qualified opportunities into confirmed charter bookings.
• Recommend tailored aircraft and flight solutions based on passenger requirements, routes, timing, and preferences.
• Negotiate pricing and close high-value deals in a fast-moving environment.
• Maintain CRM updates and pipeline for charter bookings and client activity.
