Job summary

Porsche Downtown LA is seeking an experienced Service Advisor in Los Angeles. You’ll be the primary contact for Porsche service customers, scheduling appointments, preparing repair orders, and guiding customers through maintenance options with a focus on exceptional service.

You will coordinate with technicians, communicate repair recommendations, and help drive sales and satisfaction goals in a luxury dealership setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of service advisor experience in a dealership environment.
• CDK experience required or preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for Porsche service customers, delivering a first-class customer experience.
• Schedule appointments and prepare repair orders.
• Communicate maintenance recommendations and repair options.
• Coordinate with technicians and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Assist in achieving departmental sales, CSI, and customer satisfaction goals.
