Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix is seeking a Senior Pools Manager to lead the pool complex operations, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee financial performance. You will manage staffing, vendor relationships, and luxury service standards across all pool areas and cabanas.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of college, 2+ years as a F&B general manager or director, and experience in luxury hotels or pool operations.

Qualifications

• Two years college education preferred.
• Minimum two years as F&B GM/Director.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Experience in pool operations preferred.
• Lifeguard or CPR/First Aid certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pool complex operations from opening to closing.
• Maintain staffing and labor standards.
• Ensure food and beverage quality and service.
• Manage financial performance and revenue strategies for pool area.
• Lead safety, guest satisfaction, and staff development.
