Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality invites applications for a Senior Pools Manager at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. You will oversee the pool complex operations, cabanas, and pool amenities, while driving hospitality excellence and financial performance.

Lead a luxury service team, maintain safety standards, collaborate with F&B for promotions, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all pool areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; two years of college preferred.
• At least two years of experience as Food & Beverage GM/Director.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Pool operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pool complex operations to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and staffing levels.
• Maintain presentation of pools, cabanas, and public areas.
• Set cabana pricing and collaborate with F&B on promotions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the pool team with regular performance discussions.
