Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of luxury outlets, ensuring prompt, professional service and guest satisfaction.

This role supervises a motivated team, coordinates with culinary, stewarding, housekeeping and engineering, and leads beverage programs while maintaining Forbes standards. The position entails evening and night shifts and opportunities to grow within a premium portfolio.

Qualifications

• At least two years of food & beverage supervisory experience is required.
• Luxury hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Food safety and sanitation knowledge.
• Ability to lead and develop a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of food & beverage outlets and supervise staff.
• Coordinate with culinary, stewarding, housekeeping, and other departments.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and service recovery.
• Maintain service standards and quality aligned with Forbes luxury standards.
• Lead staff development, scheduling, and labor standard adherence.
• Oversee inventory, beverage operations, and safety compliance.
• Step into bartending or service roles when necessary.
