Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of college education preferred.
• Minimum two years as a Food & Beverage General Manager or Director.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Experience in pool operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pool operations from opening to closing.
• Manage pool opening/closing procedures and staffing.
• Maintain high staffing levels and labor standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of pools and related areas.
• Maintain high standards for F&B quality and service.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to ensure quality and reliability.
