Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations across outlets, ensuring luxury service and guest satisfaction. You will supervise teams, coordinate with culinary and stewarding, and uphold Forbes standards while guiding budgets and staffing.

You will train staff, lead by example, and partner with bartenders on beverage programs, inventory, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• At least two years of food & beverage supervisory experience required.
• Prior management experience preferred in luxury hotel settings.
• Arizona Food Handlers or Safe Serve Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Title 4 Liquor Training or TIPS Training required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of assigned F&B outlets, ensuring luxury service and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and support servers, order takers, and runners across shifts.
• Coordinate with culinary, stewarding, housekeeping, engineering for seamless operations.
• Handle guest requests and service recovery as the point of contact on shifts.
• Maintain quality, presentation standards, and Forbes standards adherence.
