This on-site, full-time role involves meeting clients, presenting designs, guiding contracts, and collaborating with marketing, permitting, and construction teams to deliver a high-touch experience.

Proficiency with Pool Studio/Structure Studios and strong consultative sales skills are essential; HS diploma required,

Qualifications

• Experience in pool and outdoor kitchen design and sales.
• Proficiency with pool design software (Pool Studio/Structure Studios).
• Excellent consultative sales skills and close.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• MS Office proficiency; CRM experience a plus.
• HS diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Highly organized and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand vision, lifestyle, and budget.
• Design custom pools, spas, and outdoor living spaces.
• Prepare purchase agreements and construction contracts; assist financing options.
• Qualify leads and manage your pipeline in CRM.
• Coordinate with marketing for lead generation and with permitting/purchasing departments.
• Build relationships with Neal Communities Construction Managers, homebuilders, and local realtors.
