Amenity Construction Group is seeking a Design & Sales Consultant to guide clients from initial contact to signed agreement, delivering a stress-free luxury outdoor design journey.

You’ll respond to leads, shape proposals with our process, and use modern CRM tools to close opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with clients and trades. This role rewards initiative and a client-first mindset with room for growth.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in construction, luxury goods, or services.
• Strong listening skills and ability to build trust quickly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in design; Pool Studio or Revit experience is a plus.
• Organized and detail-oriented with drive to move things forward.
• Closers who provide value and engage clients with confidence.
• Willing to participate in marketing initiatives and social media.
• Tech-savvy with modern CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads, cultivate relationships, and drive revenue.
• Meet with prospective clients to shape their dream outdoor space.
• Showcase our process and the luxury reputation of the company.
• Create personalized proposals using our sales process.
