Job summary

Four Seasons Naple s Beach Club seeks a Landscaping Supervisor to lead daily landscaping operations, supervise equipment, and coordinate grounds maintenance to the Four Seasons standard. You will respond to guest needs, manage work orders, and ensure safety and organization of outdoor spaces.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in landscaping or horticulture with supervisory experience and English proficiency. This role requires outdoor work in a premium resort setting and a strong commitment to

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in landscaping, horticulture, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Certifications in horticulture, irrigation, or arboriculture are a plus.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and digital work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in daily landscaping operations including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, weeding, fertilizing, and landscape enhancements.
• Supervise maintenance and repair of grounds equipment including mowers, irrigation systems, and utility vehicles.
• Respond to service requests regarding outdoor areas and event preparations in a timely manner.
• Assist with work orders, scheduling, and inventory of supplies.
• Install or relocate plants, trees, irrigation lines, or exterior fixtures as needed.
• Maintain logs for tools and equipment usage; monitor horticultural materials inventory.
• Support environmental sustainability initiatives, water conservation, and soil health.
