Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness of public areas and ensure they exceed guest expectations. Responsibilities include supervising the housekeeping team, monitoring cleanliness, and coordinating with maintenance departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, and ability to interact with guests professionally. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleanliness of all public areas.
• Monitor and inspect cleanliness regularly.
• Coordinate maintenance needs with Engineering department.
• Inspect restrooms and ensure they are stocked.
• Respond to guest requests professionally.
