Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is seeking an Executive Steward to lead the Stewarding Department in a luxury beachfront property. You will oversee sanitation, equipment, and cost controls while partnering with culinary and F&B leadership to ensure flawless banquets and daily service.

The role requires pre-opening experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with food & beverage systems. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is essential in this high‑end resort setting.

Qualifications

• Pre-opening experience, project, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience as Steward Manager or equivalent Food & Beverage supervisory experience is required.
• Prior knowledge of dish machine, kitchen, and floor cleaning equipment is expected.
• Requires working knowledge of department operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
• Requires the ability to operate and utilize culinary production equipment and tools.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English. Bi-lingual skills are preferred
• This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.Day and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Stewarding Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; long-range strategic planning for outlet operation.
• Ensure organization and sanitation of all kitchens, storage areas, employee dining room, waste receptacle areas, compactor room, carts, tables, and Stewarding Department equipment and machinery through a vigorous cleaning schedule.
• Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, inventory control and cost control measures.
• Ensure proper use and regular care, security and maintenance of machinery and equipment used in the Stewarding Department.
• Communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met and attend regular operational meetings to ensure coordination between departments.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef, Director of F&B, Banquet Chef, Banquet Manager, and F&B Outlet Managers to manage supply and storage of china, silver, glass, and other equipment; oversee Stewarding for banquets.
• Assist with cleaning of kitchen and Stewarding Department areas.
• Provide physical maintenance of operating equipment.
