Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of sales experience required (aesthetic, cosmetic, medical, or luxury sales preferred).
• Proven success in achieving goals and driving revenue growth.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable presenting five- to six-figure quotes with confidence.
• Positive, professional demeanor with high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Sales – Guide prospective patients to move forward with surgery and services through extensive calls, virtual and in-person consultations.
• Follow-Up – aggressive, high-volume outreach (50+ patients per day) via calls, texts and emails.
• Organization and Coordination – Manage details from inquiry to surgery and post-op, ensuring a seamless patient experience using CRM tools.
• Team Collaboration and Professionalism – Work independently within a small, established team in a luxury setting.
