Job summary

LuxExperience is seeking a proactive personal shopper/sales professional to grow its high-value customer base across the AM region. You will drive personal shopping experiences, leverage a deep knowledge of luxury fashion, and build lasting relationships with elite clients.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements, competitive hourly pay plus commission, and staff discounts, with opportunities to contribute to marketing events and strategy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing or sales experience in luxury fashion.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and client service skills.
• Experience with eCommerce and Personal Shopping is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strive to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and KPIs as set by the PS Management team.
• Proactively target and build personal relationships with high value customers in the AM region.
• Provide customer insight reports to buying, merchandising and marketing teams upon request.
• Profile customers individually based on their shopping patterns.
