NET-A-PORTER is seeking a talented Personal Shopper to join the Miami/Palm Beach area. You will profile clients, provide tailored recommendations, and embody the brand while building lasting relationships.

You will drive sales, manage events, and maintain a high standard of service for our VIP clients. With 3–5 years in luxury fashion, you will handle high-spend accounts ($1.8m–$2.5m) and consistently meet annual targets, while benefiting from competitive salary, commission, and exclusive staff

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in luxury fashion or similar role
• Active client book with substantial spend (1.8m–2.5m)
• Proactive sales approach with track record of achieving goals
• Customer-centric approach with strong relationship skills
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Collaborates with stakeholders outside the department
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Tech-literate with Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Profile customers individually based on shopping patterns.
• Provide personal recommendations with detailed product knowledge.
• Represent the NET-A-PORTER brand and embody its values.
• Ensure prompt follow-up with customers acquired through events/partnerships.
• Achieve yearly targets and KPIs; lead by example to hit sales targets.
• Drive personal appointments and upsell to develop client relationships.
• Identify and prioritize sales leads from your client list.
• Contribute to client relations, marketing and partnership events.
