Job summary

Goldener Hirsch, Auberge Collection is seeking a Personal Concierge to be the primary contact for assigned guests, overseeing their stay from pre-arrival to departure with personalized service.

You will blend concierge and front desk duties, build lasting guest relationships, coordinate arrivals, guide dining and activity choices, and collaborate with housekeeping, F&B and engineering to uphold luxury standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
• Experience in luxury hotel concierge/front desk role is a plus.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong guest relationships.
• Coordinate pre-arrival and welcome amenities.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and hotel orientation.
• Provide tailored dining, activity, and transport recommendations.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, and engineering to meet guest needs.
• Assist with guest feedback and issue resolution.
