Job summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts seeks a Guest Experience Host to create refined, personalized guest journeys from arrival to departure.

You will deliver thoughtful service, share the property story, and coordinate upgrades and amenities while ensuring confidentiality and guest comfort. This role requires a polished presence, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of guest-facing hospitality or customer service experience.
• Luxury or high-volume hospitality experience preferred.
• Exceptional guest service skills with a passion for creating elevated guest experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests from arrival to departure to create memorable experiences.
• Collaborate with back-of-house teams to fulfill guest requests.
• Proactively anticipate needs and resolve concerns with discretion and care.
• Recommend hotel events, amenities, and local attractions to guests.
• Maintain confidentiality and a polished professional appearance.
