Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and experience with PBX systems such as Opera and Knowcross. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior PBX Operator experience in luxury hotel preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with PBX systems, Opera, Knowcross.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Empathetic and courteous demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the hotel's PBX system professionally.
• Address inquiries and connect guests to departments.
• Facilitate internal communication via email, calls, text, or radio.
• Assist guests with voicemail services and guidance.
• Support hotel operations and maintain call directory.
• Stay updated on PBX systems and related technologies.
• Respond swiftly to guest requests via phone, email, webchat, and text.
