Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in hospitality industry.
• Minimum 1 year switchboard/PBX experience; 1 year front desk experience and knowledge of reservations system.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming calls efficiently, screening, transferring, and answering appropriately.
• Take accurate messages and relay them promptly.
• Stay informed about in-house groups and property events.
• Direct callers to destinations with clear, courteous communication.
• Assist with guest room service orders and departmental coordination.
