Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking an Assistant Owner Services Manager to lead the Owner Services team and deliver a seamless ownership experience for Residence Club owners and their guests.

The role oversees reservations, owner communications, exchange programs, inventory management, and pre-arrival planning while liaising with Finance, Sales & Marketing, and operations. This is a luxury hospitality leadership position in Scottsdale with weekend and holiday flexibility.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in Vacation Ownership, Front Office, Reservations, or related luxury hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication with guest- and owner-focused approach.
• Proficiency with Opera PMS, Microsoft Office, and data reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support the Owner Services team delivering personalized, anticipatory service to Residence Club owners and guests.
• Oversee owner reservations, use time, rental bookings, exchange reservations, and inventory management.
• Partner with Finance, Sales & Marketing, Home Office, and operations to support revenue forecasting and occupancy planning.
• Maintain accurate owner profiles, reservation records, reporting, and compliance with standards.
• Serve as primary contact for owner and guest inquiries, resolving concerns.
• Coordinate pre-arrival planning with Housekeeping, Front Desk, Concierge, and Engineering.
• Prepare and distribute occupancy, inventory, and revenue reports.
• Identify process improvements and implement service enhancements.
