Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking an Assistant Owner Services Manager to lead the Owner Services team and deliver seamless, personalized ownership experiences for Residence Club owners and guests. This role oversees reservations, owner communications, exchange programs, inventory management, and planning while liaising between owners and operations.

Qualifications

Minimum two years in Vacation Ownership or luxury hotel operations
Strong guest- and owner-focused communication
Proficiency with Opera PMS, Microsoft Office, and data reporting tools
Ability to lead by example and collaborate across departments
Legal work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

Lead and support the Owner Services team delivering personalized service to Residence Club owners and guests
Oversee reservations, time management, exchange bookings, inventory, and related records
Coordinate with Finance, Sales/Marketing, Home Office and operations to forecast revenue and occupancy
Maintain accurate owner profiles and reporting according to Four Seasons standards
Serve as primary contact for owner and guest inquiries and resolve concerns
