Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead the daily operations of our restaurant and pool outlets, ensuring exceptional service and outstanding food quality. You will build strong relationships with guests and resort partners while driving guest satisfaction in a luxury setting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury hospitality, a creative and entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience managing restaurants in luxury or five-star hotels.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Legal US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee food service activities in the restaurant and pool areas to ensure division standards are met.
• Manage financial performance to meet budget guidelines while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Ensure all Health & Safety requirements are maintained in accordance with Division standards.
• Regularly meet with culinary, dining room, and bar teams to share information and coordinate events.
• Onboard and train new employees on standards, policies, and procedures.
