Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Owner Services team delivering personalized service to Residence Club owners and guests
• Oversee reservations, time management, exchange bookings, inventory, and related records
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales/Marketing, Home Office and operations to forecast revenue and occupancy
• Maintain accurate owner profiles and reporting according to Four Seasons standards

About The Role

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking an Assistant Owner Services Manager to help lead the Owner Services team and deliver a seamless, personalized ownership experience for Residence Club owners and their guests. This role oversees reservations, owner communications, exchange programs, inventory management, and pre-arrival planning while serving as a key liaison between owners and operational teams. What You Will Do

• Lead and support the Owner Services team in delivering personalized, anticipatory service to Residence Club owners and guests.
• Oversee owner reservations, use time, rental bookings, exchange reservations, accommodation credits, and related inventory management.
• Partner with Finance, Sales & Marketing, Home Office, and operational departments to support revenue forecasting, occupancy planning, and exchange programs.
• Maintain accurate owner profiles, reservation records, reporting, and compliance with Residence Club and Four Seasons standards.
• Serve as a primary contact for owner and guest inquiries, resolving concerns and anticipating future needs.
• Coordinate pre-arrival planning with Housekeeping, Front Desk, Concierge, and Engineering to ensure exceptional in-residence experiences.
• Prepare and distribute occupancy, inventory, and revenue reports to support business decisions and operational planning.
• Identify process improvements and implement service enhancements to elevate the owner experience.
• Participate in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management while fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
• Step in to support Residence Club leadership and departmental operations as needed.

What You Bring

• Minimum two years of experience in Vacation Ownership, Front Office, Reservations, or a related luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a guest- and owner-focused approach.
• Proficiency with Opera PMS, Microsoft Office Suite, and data reporting tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to lead by example, inspire teams, and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ability to manage high-volume inventory planning while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to support operational needs, including weekends and holidays when required.
• Experience with fractional ownership, Residence Clubs, or interval-based inventory models preferred.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Schedule & Hours

• Full time
• Primarily Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays based on operational needs
• Office-based role with regular interaction across residential and resort operations
• Overtime may be required based on business needs and owner occupancy levels
