You will greet guests, mix and garnish drinks, handle POS transactions, and maintain bar stock daily in a luxury coastal setting.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Must communicate well with guests.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of alcoholic beverages.
• Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and POS operations.
• Sufficient manual dexterity for garnishing, glassware, and stock retrieval.
• Ability to remember and promote menu items accurately.
• Ability to operate a keyboard and POS system.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in confined spaces.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with colleagues and guests.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proper and adequate bar setup daily.
• Stock, cut, and store fresh fruit, garnishes, juices, and perishables.
• Greet guests and document orders; mix and present drinks per recipes.
• Input orders into POS and balance charges; issue vouchers and receipts.
• Receive cash, make change, and balance cash drops.
• Lock and secure all beverage and equipment; manage cash banking.
