Job summary

The Historic Cavalier Hotel & Beach Club, Autograph Collection, part of HEI Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Banquet Bartender to assist in serving guests at banquet functions. You will set up the portable bar, prepare drinks, and ensure timely, courteous service in a historic Virginia Beach venue.

Qualified candidates will have hotel/banquet experience, good communication, and the ability to handle basic math and cash transactions.

Qualifications

• Hotel/banquet experience preferred.
• Ability to serve alcoholic beverages per state guidelines.
• Good math and basic cash-handling skills.
• Clear communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist Banquet Manager in serving guests during banquet functions.
• Set up portable bar in function area and stock supplies.
• Make and serve drinks following established guidelines and safety policies.
• Break down and clean bar area and return equipment to storage.
