HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Banquet Server to assist the Banquet Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences during banquets at The Historic Cavalier Hotel and Beach Club in Virginia Beach, VA. The role supports beverage service, bar setup, and guest interactions in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Hotel or banquet service experience preferred.
• Ability to serve alcoholic beverages safely and professionally.
• Strong guest communication and service orientation.
• Good manual dexterity for handling glassware, garnishes and stock.

Responsibilities

• Check Banquet Event Orders to determine function, guest count and bar type.
• Set up portable bar and service area per policies and procedures.
• Prepare and serve drinks in a courteous, timely manner.
• Comply with all state, federal and corporate alcohol service requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area and return equipment to storage.
