Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a dynamic Sales Consultant for a new luxury community in San Antonio, Texas. The role is onsite five days per week, focused on delivering a luxury customer experience from first visit through move-in.

You will generate traffic, partner with online sales, and coordinate with the design studio to meet business objectives while guiding buyers through mortgage processes and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales approach to meet Toll Brothers offerings.
• Ability to build partnerships as a trusted advisor across departments.
• Proficient in using sales techniques to develop leads and close deals.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities outside scope.

Responsabilités

• Generate traffic and maintain online presence for the assigned community.
• Partner with Online Sales and Realtors to drive leads and conversions.
• Demonstrate model homes and features to customers; manage showroom flow.
• Prepare and present real estate paperwork; coordinate with mortgage process.
• Attend all sales meetings and deliver White Glove customer experience.
