Job summary

Comstock Communities is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Manager to lead the onsite maintenance team across multiple communities. The role focuses on safety, uptime, and resident satisfaction while maintaining 100% uptime across critical systems.

You will manage budgets, plan capital projects, and supervise staff and contractors. The ideal candidate has extensive residential maintenance experience, strong leadership, and expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Extensive residential maintenance and facilities management experience.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite maintenance team to achieve 100% uptime and safety.
• Manage budgets, forecast budgets, and conduct financial reviews.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Plan capital projects and oversee renovations and new construction.
• Coordinate with property manager and vendors, and supervise contractors.
• Perform site inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
