Job summary

Advanced Management Group, Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Leasing Agent to market apartments and maintain high occupancy. You will guide prospects from inquiry through move‑in, conduct tours, process applications and lease paperwork, and ensure top‑tier customer service for residents.

The role requires walking and stair climbing, with daily interaction across teams. Prior leasing or customer service experience is preferred, along with basic MS Outlook/Word/Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a customer service, sales or retail position
• Previous leasing experience is preferred
• Experience using property management software such as Onesite is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process from inquiry to move‑in
• Qualify prospects and coordinate property tours
• Process rental applications and lease paperwork
• Respond to phone and email inquiries with leasing information
• Greet prospects, collect deposits and schedule showings
• Maintain courteous communications with residents and applicants
• Assist with resident retention and renewal programs
• Adhere to Fair Housing and ADA policies
