Ariva Luxury Residences in Las Vegas, managed by Cushman & Wakefield, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join the onsite team. You will tour prospects, explain amenity benefits and lifestyle, and guide applicants through qualification and background checks.

You will prepare units for move-in, deliver excellent resident service, and coordinate lease paperwork. The role requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork in a busy multifamily setting.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school required.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Tour prospects with the property to showcase amenities and grounds.
• Highlight the community lifestyle to drive lease interest.
• Assist prospects in qualification and initiating background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared and move-in ready.
• Deliver outstanding service to residents to support retention.
• Coordinate paperwork related to apartment rentals and leasing activities.
