Job summary

Olen Living is seeking a skilled, full-time Leasing Consultant for our multi-family community in Las Vegas, NV: Durango Canyon. The role involves touring models, processing applications, and using leasing software to maintain high occupancy.

We value 2–3 years of leasing experience, a high school diploma, and solid knowledge of Office 365. This in-office position requires weekend work and offers benefits such as 401(k), health insurance, life insurance, PTO, and an employee referral program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of residential leasing experience.
• Familiar with Fair Housing laws.
• Proficient with Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Experience with property management software is a plus; willingness to learn new software.
• Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours of models and vacant units and amenities.
• Use software for leasing inquiries, appointments, quotes, and renewals.
• Maintain closing ratios to meet community needs.
• Process rental applications for review and approval.
• Support move-in steps and service-request follow-through.
• Perform market surveys and assist with outreach marketing.
• Assist in resident events and function planning.
