Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of luxury multifamily experience and proven leadership to manage budgets, staff, and resident relations, while driving revenue and controlling expenses within a dynamic community environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years operational experience in luxury multifamily setting as a Community Manager, or similar title.
• Strong multifamily property management experience, with the ability to oversee all Community Manager responsibilities and daily community operations.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to develop and motivate teams while establishing accountability and clear expectations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to resolve resident concerns, manage escalated situations, and maintain positive resident relations.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning
• Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
• Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.
