Mark-Taylor is hiring a Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) in Buckeye/Goodyear AZ to keep our luxury apartment communities running smoothly. You will lead maintenance coordination, supervise a team, and deliver the five-star service that defines our brand.

The role requires 3+ years of people management, 2+ years as a community manager in luxury multifamily, and strong financial acumen. Competitive base pay, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years people management experience.
• 2+ years community manager experience in luxury multifamily setting.
• BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and monitoring aged delinquency.
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel.
• Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management.
• Conduct regular property inspections and propose and execute property enhancements.
