Job summary

Kairoi Residential is seeking a Community Director to lead a multifamily community in Colorado. You will oversee operations, drive financial performance, and mentor a high‑performing team to achieve occupancy and NOI goals.

In this role you will manage resident relations, budgets, maintenance standards, and marketing efforts while ensuring excellent service and regulatory compliance across the property and its staff. You will partner with regional leaders to uphold luxury standards for residents.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of multifamily or related hospitality experience.
• Proven leadership of a team of multifamily professionals (at least 2 years).
• Associate's, bachelor's, or equivalent education.
• Strong financial management knowledge and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in property management software and related tools.
• CAM or IREM certifications are highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities for team members.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and regular check-ins with associates.
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages growth.
• Ensure team follows emergency procedures and complies with regulations.
• Manage budget preparation, financial reporting, and NOI focus.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract residents.
• Oversee online marketing efforts, events, and community outreach.
• Keep regional leaders informed of performance and updates.
