Job summary

Kairoi is seeking a Community Director in Texas to oversee the operation of a multifamily community. You will lead a high-performing team, manage leasing, resident relations, and financial performance, and ensure compliance with regulations.

You will recruit, coach, and evaluate staff, set budgets, monitor NOI, and implement marketing strategies to attract residents. The role requires 5–6 years of multifamily experience and a track record of effective leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years in the multifamily industry or related hospitality.
• At least 2 years leading a team.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• CAM or IREM certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities
