Job summary

Kairoi Residential is seeking a Community Director to oversee the operation of a multifamily community, lead a high‑performing team, and ensure financial and resident satisfaction goals are met.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage budgets and NOI, handle leasing decisions, supervise maintenance and safety, and drive marketing and resident events to maintain a premier living experience.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years in the multifamily industry or related hospitality field.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team of multifamily professionals.
• Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• CAM or IREM certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities for team members.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and regular check-ins with individual associates.
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages team growth.
• Ensure team follows emergency procedures and complies with regulations.
• Oversee lease decisions and resident applications and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents.
• Oversee online marketing efforts, resident event sponsorships, and community outreach.
