Kairoi is seeking an Assistant Community Director to support the Community Director in overseeing daily operations at a multifamily community in Denver. You will blend financial management, resident relations, and regulatory compliance to foster a positive living experience.

You will lead renewals, resolve resident concerns, handle rent collections, and supervise office activities. A strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in multifamily or related hospitality/customer service
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, eviction, and related laws
• Strong numerical and financial calculation skills
• Excellent professionalism and communication abilities
• High attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude
• Valid driver's license with clean record

Responsibilities

• Lead resident relations and retention programs.
• Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents.
• Initiate lease renewals with residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Ensure timely collection of rent payments and manage delinquencies.
• Prepare bank deposits and assist with the eviction process as needed.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out procedures and maintain resident files.
