Job summary

Hermès Beverly Hills is seeking a Made-to-Measure Specialist to deliver exceptional MTM services, advise clients on fabric, fit and style, and collaborate with the tailor to ensure perfect results.

You will train staff on seasonal fabrics, manage orders end-to-end, and support MTM events, with a focus on luxury service and sales performance in a fast-paced boutique.

2+ years MTM or custom clothing experience and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Made-to-Measure or custom clothing experience.
• Minimum two years of sales experience; luxury environment preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in-person at Beverly Hills location.

Responsibilities

• Provide MTM expertise to meet selling and service objectives.
• Advise customers on fabric, style, and fit; coordinate with tailor.
• Train staff on seasonal fabrics and MTM program.
• Manage orders from start to finish and follow through.
• Maintain tools, workstation, and swatch books.
• Support MTM events and partner with Paris MTM métier.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and sales productivity.
