Hermès Beverly Hills is seeking a Made-to-Measure Specialist to deliver expert MTM services, advise clients on fabric, style and fit, and drive sales in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will collaborate with tailors and selling teams to elevate the customer experience and uphold Hermès standards.

Two+ years in MTM or custom clothing and sales experience in a luxury setting are preferred. Strong organizational skills, independence, and a client-first approach are essential for success in this

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in Made-to-Measure or custom clothing experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience; luxury environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide MTM expertise and craftsmanship knowledge to assist customers with fabric, style and fit.
• Advise customers on product choice, give style guidance and ensure proper fit in collaboration with the tailor.
• Train staff on new seasonal fabrics and maintain MTM tools and processes.
