Job summary

Hermès Beverly Hills is seeking a Made-to-Measure Specialist to deliver expert MTM services, advise clients on fabric, style and fit, and collaborate with tailors and sales teams to create an exceptional luxury client experience. You should have 2+ years MTM or custom clothing experience, thrive in a fast-paced luxury setting, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

In-person attendance is essential; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Made-to-Measure or custom clothing.
• Experience in a luxury environment preferred.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level MTM services with fabric and custom suit knowledge.
• Advise customers on product choice, fit recommendations, and work with tailor for proper fit.
• Train staff on new seasonal fabrics and MTM processes.
• Manage MTM orders from start to finish and maintain program tools.
