Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality.
• Proven experience in retail training, coaching, and evaluating staff performance.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive in-boutique training.
• Coach Style Advisors to enhance client relationships.
• Support onboarding of new hires.
