Rapport, a specialized division of FLIK Hospitality Group and a member of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Conference Center Planner to lead full-service planning and execution of meetings in our Conference Center. You will work closely with VIP clients and executive leadership, delivering white-glove service and ensuring seamless event delivery.

The role requires refined communication, exceptional organization, and problem solving, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of event or meeting planning experience.
• Knowledge of audiovisual and catering services.
• Degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Second-language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-touch, luxury hospitality client experience.
• Serve as the single point of contact for meeting planning and execution.
• Coordinate audiovisual, catering, room setups, and materials.
• Send daily confirmations and manage room bookings.
• Create floor plans, event resumes, and BEOs.
• Maintain positive client and vendor relationships.
