Job summary

Rapport, a division of FLIK Hospitality Group and Compass Group USA, is seeking an experienced Event Manager to plan, coordinate and execute high-profile meetings and events within the Client Center. You will be the primary client contact from inquiry through day-of execution, delivering white-glove service and leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience managing complex meetings and events.
• Experience leading cross-functional event operations with internal teams and external service partners.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or Event Management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-touch, luxury hospitality experience for clients and guests.
• Own the complete event lifecycle from inquiry to closeout.
• Lead planning meetings, site visits, and client consultations.
• Coordinate all event services including AV, catering, and room setup.
